Lexie Frazier
Economic Analyst
Lexie Frazier is an Economic Analyst and Office Manager at Rounds Consulting Group (RCG). She specializes in translating complex economic data into actionable insights and decision-ready deliverables for clients across Arizona, while also ensuring the firm’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Working alongside senior RCG staff, Lexie conducts economic and fiscal impact studies, cost-benefit analyses, statistical modeling, economic forecasting, market and feasibility analyses, and public policy evaluations. She also contributes to long-term economic development strategic planning efforts that guide sustainable community growth throughout Arizona.
In addition to her analytical responsibilities, Lexie plays a key role in project coordination and client support. She assists with stakeholder outreach efforts, facilitates data collection and communication with project partners, and supports project management activities to help ensure studies remain on schedule and responsive to client needs. She is heavily involved in report preparation, helping transform complex technical analyses into clear, professional deliverables for elected officials, community leaders, economic development organizations, and other stakeholders.
Her client base spans municipalities, counties, state agencies, universities, nonprofit organizations, and private companies. Lexie oversees RCG’s proprietary economic database, maintaining comprehensive information related to employment statistics, economic indices, real estate trends, demographic data, and government tax collections.
She monitors Arizona economic conditions using public sources, including the U.S. Census, Bureau of Economic Analysis, and Bureau of Labor Statistics, among others, as well as private platforms, including CoStar and Esri.
Lexie is an active member of the Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED), a nonprofit organization that promotes and advances economic growth in Arizona. Through AAED, she serves on the Emerging Leaders, Greater Phoenix, and Government Affairs Committees, and she holds the Vice Chair position on the Emerging Leaders Committee. She has completed the Economic Development Academy of Arizona and is a certified Arizona Economic Development Professional (AZED Pro). Through these roles, Lexie gains valuable opportunities to deepen her expertise in economic development and build connections with industry professionals.
Lexie Frazier was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Business. Outside of work, Lexie’s hobbies include exploring Arizona through hiking, camping, kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, and off-roading in her Toyota Sequoia.
