Lexie Frazier
Economic Analyst
As an Economic Analyst at Rounds Consulting Group, Lexie Frazier is responsible for managing the firm’s database and keeping it up to date, as well as providing critical research support on a broad range of topics related to market conditions, economic development, and policy formation. She has worked alongside senior RCG staff, conducting economic and fiscal impact studies, cost-benefit analyses, statistical analyses, economic forecasting, and public policy analyses, as well as creating economic development strategic plans for various communities throughout Arizona. In addition to these responsibilities, Lexie supports the team by helping draft project proposals for prospective clients and opportunities.
Overseeing the firm’s database, Lexie has researched and analyzed a wide range of areas, including employment statistics, economic indices, real estate trends, demographic data, educational issues, and government tax collections. Additionally, Lexie assists with office management tasks, utilizing her organizational skills to coordinate meetings and complete basic daily office management activities. She is also the lead of the intern program, overseeing training, assigning tasks, and providing ongoing guidance and support throughout their internship.
Lexie is an active member of the Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED), a non-profit organization that aims to promote and improve economic growth in Arizona. She has also successfully completed the Economic Development Academy of Arizona and is recognized as a certified Arizona Economic Development Professional (AZED Pro).
Within AAED, Lexie serves on the Emerging Leaders Committee, supporting the next generation of economic development professionals. She is also a member of the Greater Phoenix Committee, helping plan tours, mixers, and the annual event to increase member engagement and public awareness. In addition, she serves on the AAED Government Affairs Committee, where she helps shape policy statements, organizes the annual legislative forum, oversees the Economic Development Champion award, and distributes legislative updates on key issues.
Through these roles, Lexie gains valuable opportunities to deepen her expertise in economic development and build connections with industry professionals.
Lexie Frazier was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Business. Outside of work, Lexie’s hobbies include exploring Arizona through hiking, camping, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, and off-roading.
